At Ghivuivor, we strive to provide exceptional online language tutoring services. We understand that circumstances change, and we have established this Return Policy to address lesson cancellations, refunds, and credits fairly and transparently.

Lesson Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule individual lessons without penalty if you provide notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson start time. Cancellations made with proper notice will receive a full credit to your account that can be applied to future lessons.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled lesson will result in forfeiture of the lesson fee unless the cancellation is due to emergency circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If you fail to attend a scheduled lesson without prior cancellation, the lesson will be considered a no-show, and the full lesson fee will be forfeited with no refund or credit issued.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for unused lesson credits in your account, subject to the following conditions. If you have purchased a lesson package and have not used any lessons, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

For partially used lesson packages, refunds are calculated based on the unused portion, minus a processing fee of ten percent of the original package price. Promotional or discounted packages may have different refund terms as specified at the time of purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team. We will process approved refunds within seven to ten business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain purchases are non-refundable, including completed lessons, downloadable learning materials that have been accessed, and administrative fees associated with account management or payment processing.

Special promotional offers, heavily discounted packages, or limited-time deals may be marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. Please review the specific terms before completing such purchases.

Tutor-Initiated Cancellations

If your tutor cancels a lesson for any reason, you will automatically receive a full credit for that lesson, which can be rescheduled at your convenience. If tutor cancellations cause significant disruption to your learning schedule, you may request a refund for affected lessons.

In cases where technical issues on our platform prevent a lesson from occurring, we will provide a full credit or refund at your discretion.

Lesson Package Transfers

Lesson credits in your account are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash value except as provided in our refund policy. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active with at least one completed lesson within any twelve-month period.

If your account remains inactive for more than twelve consecutive months with no completed lessons, unused credits may expire. We will send reminder notifications before any credits expire.

Subscription Services

If you subscribe to recurring lesson packages, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to your remaining lessons through that period.

No refunds are provided for the current billing period when you cancel a subscription, but you will not be charged for future periods. Any unused lessons from your subscription will remain available until the end of the paid period.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about charges, lesson quality, or refund eligibility, please contact our customer support team first. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly through direct communication.

For unresolved disputes, we will work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution. In rare cases where resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to the arbitration provisions outlined in our Terms of Use.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancel lessons, please contact us with your account information, the reason for your request, and any relevant details about the lessons in question. We will review your request and respond within three business days.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
