Scheduling and Cancellation

Lesson scheduling is subject to tutor availability. You may cancel or reschedule lessons according to our cancellation policy, which requires notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time for a full refund or credit.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the lesson fee. Tutors who repeatedly cancel lessons without adequate notice may be removed from our platform.

Payment Terms

Payment for tutoring services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our platform. All fees are stated in US dollars unless otherwise specified.

You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all services purchased. If payment fails, we may suspend access to services until payment is resolved. Refunds are processed according to our Return Policy.
